PFL announce official credit card ahead of big year-end Championship event

For those clamoring for the opportunity to rack up Professional Fighters League (PFL) points, it’s a pretty happy time to be a fan.

It was revealed today (Thursday 17th November 2022) via Sports business before being later confirmed by PFL’s senior vice president of corporate communications, Loren Mack, that PFL has officially partnered with Concerto – a fintech startup – to launch its own Mastercard.

“The PFL has launched the official PFL Mastercard credit card,” Mack said via LinkedIn position. “With the PFL Mastercard, cardholders can earn points on all their purchases through the PFL Knockout Rewards Mastercard loyalty program. These points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards such as tickets, merchandise, souvenirs and more.

“The card’s launch comes just days before the PFL hosts MMA’s richest night, the 2022 PFL World Championships, which airs live exclusively on ESPN+ PPV (pay-per-view),” he concluded.

The 2022 PFL Championship event will take place next weekend (Friday, November 25, 2022) in New York City at the Hulu Theater with a full lineup of six million dollar title fights along with various other notable fights. The event will be the promotion’s first with a PPV main card and fans can watch for $49.99 after the prelims end on ESPN+.

The star of the event will once again be promotional superstar and two-time lightweight champion, Kayla Harrison. Standing in his way will be none other than mighty old foe, Larissa Pacheco, who is looking for her first victory over the Olympic gold medalist in what will be their trilogy fight. The tilt of the title will also be Harrison’s Last as part of the seasonal format, leaving for exclusive PPV fights in 2023.
